We take food safety seriously and follow standard food safety practices, including deep cleaning equipment between flavors. While allergens are present in our facility, we’re careful and intentional every step of the way. If you or your child has a severe allergy, we recommend making your own informed decision knowing allergens are handled in our production space.

Most Frios pops get their bright, happy colors from real fruits and plant-based ingredients. A few flavors do contain added dyes, and we’re actively working toward dye-free options whenever possible. Limited-time and seasonal flavors may include dyes, especially when fun colors are part of the experience.

We don’t currently offer pops that are truly keto-friendly. However, we do have no sugar added flavors, like Pineapple Mango, along with protein pops that are lower in sugar and higher in protein. Full nutrition info is available online so you can pick what works best for you.

Some of our lowest-sugar pops include Pickle (0g), Grape (7g), Pineapple Mango (9g), Sour Apple (11g), Cold Brew (13g), Cookies & Milk (13g), Cotton Candy (13g), and Blackberry Ginger Lemonade (14g). Sugar varies by flavor, so checking nutrition info is always the best move.

Many of our fruity pops are vegan. We use cane sugar processed without bone char, making it vegan-friendly. Pops containing dairy or other non-vegan ingredients are clearly labeled, so it’s easy to choose.

Frios pops are handmade with real ingredients so they will start to melt as soon as they are exposed to warm air. Frios pops can stay frozen for about 45 minutes in a sealed to-go bag. Perfect for the ride home or a quick stop or two. Once you’re home, pop the whole bag straight into the freezer.

For the best flavor and texture, Frios pops should be enjoyed within 6 months. That said, when stored properly, they can last up to two years from the produced-by date. Keep them in their unopened packaging in the coldest part of your freezer and you’re good to go, but who are we kidding, you are never going to let it last that long.
