We’re Robert and Lauren Penn and we’ve been Frios franchisees since 2018. For years, we’ve catered events and participated in festivals in the North Texas area by bringing smiles to the faces of those we meet. With the recent addition of the Frios Pop Truck, it’s even easier to bring these amazing desserts to communities in Collin County. Our daughters have enjoyed being a part of our family business and their favorite flavors are Birthday Cake and Nutella.
