We’re Robert and Lauren Penn and we’ve been Frios franchisees since 2018. We’ve catered events and participated in festivals in the North Texas area with our incredible desserts. With the recent addition of the Frios Pop Truck, it’s even easier to bring these amazing desserts to communities in Collin Counties.
