Frios Birmingham has been Birmingham’s source of delicious handmade frozen desserts since 2014 when we became the first Frios territory in a time when the company was growing out of a garage with a mission to make the most delicious, high-quality dessert pops ever seen. Starting with a cart at the summer farmer’s markets, Frios quickly made a name for itself and became a local favorite.
Coming from sales and marketing backgrounds, Michael and Lori Weidenbach jumped at the chance to create this exciting family business that has given us so many new friends and opportunities through the years. Greeting customers at our stores, carts, and trucks has always been fun and rewarding.
As the company has grown and evolved, we have had physical store locations in Alabaster, downtown Birmingham, and Montevallo. As time went on, our business evolved. Now we are primarily a mobile and event business operating out of our new Frios Van, our classic Frios Truck, and event carts. We are focusing on taking pops to the people!
Based in Alabaster, we’ve made friends in all our surrounding cities. Our pops have made a splash at events in Pelham, Hoover, Chelsea, Calera, Vestavia, Homewood, Mountain Brook, and all areas of the Birmingham metro area. You need pops? We’ll get you pops!
